I don’t believe people die from masks and agree that vaccines save way more lives than those very few who die from a reaction to them. The point was there are people who are dead sure that masks and vaccines kill people while there are people (like me) who are dead sure that they save millions, if not billions, of lives. Therefore this thread is pointless. Everyone is already exactly on one side or the other. Ranting and raving about it one way or the other doesn’t accomplish anything. If anyone isn’t happy with T-Mobile they can change to another carrier or get another job somewhere else. Or they can try to force T-Mobile to change, but that will also make a lot of other people upset. There is no way of making everyone happy here. So yes, I’m with you in that this is going to be my last post here.

You don’t have to tell others to do their research. Most everyone has done research on the subject, a lot of times very in depth research. But even then people come to completely opposite conclusioins. Which is the point, our species is hopeless.
I’m not going to try to prove one side or the other. But it’s ironic that we as a society can do so many technological things and supposedly understand so much and yet be so divided on what should be a straight forward topic. How did we get here? Everyone accuses the other side of believing lies. Everyone claims to have huge amounts of evidence supporting their way of thinking. But unless mankind can work together and figure out the right answer, it’s all pointless. There will always be war in one way or another. People will refuse to figure it out and work together.
This is also why one third of millenials believe the Earth is flat. This is why Russia has invaded Ukraine, or been doing a special military exercise, depending on which side you ask. It’s all opposition. It’s all war. There is no agreement.
And even if you try to just respect other people’s decisions and way of thinking, it still doesn’t work. One person refuses to go to work or to the store if they must use a mask or get a vaccine. Another refuses to go to work or to the store unless everyone there uses a mask or has gotten a vaccine. There is no way of making everyone happy, there is no middle ground. It’s already a lose lose sitation, which is why this topic is pointless.
Try to buy and work from the companies that value your beliefs. Remember that when you fight for your rights and beliefs you’re also oppressing someone else’s. Nothing you can say or do will bring back loved ones who died from Covid. Nothing you can say or do will bring back loved ones who have died from masks or vaccines.
A person claiming to have it 3 times… Are you willing to share you got it 3 times? Or are you going to hide behind HIPAA even though it wouldn’t apply because you weren’t expecting someone to call you out on it. Also it’s NOT 99% rate… You DO NOT go by total population because you can’t count people who have not had it as if they had it and survived… That’s like saying we have a 99.99999999% survival rate in space. We all have never been in space right? There’s so many ways to skew data and when you take a statistic class you will notice when people skew the data.

I could be the fact we keep removing money from out education system making the population dumber and dumber in future generations and blame them for being stupid. Not to mention back pre 1970s 1 parent could work and feed, housed, and take care a family of 6. I went to school and by the time I got out of high school I knew 2 trades. I went to college for 1/1000th of what kids pay today. Then in the 80’s and beyond families started to need 2 or more incomes to survive. Yet people often blame millennials for their woes… If you are wondering I am not a millennial. I am neither Democrat or Republican. I am a Liberal, and not a Conservative. Those 2 terms are not exclusive to a party. You can be a Conservative Democrat, and a Liberal Republican.

A federal mandate was ruled unconstitutional was the first part. The other part which people FAIL to understand or do understand but ignore it. There is NOTHING to stop businesses having it as terms of employment and are NOT unconstitutional.
All those saying they are leaving based on this will NOT have cellular service as ALL carriers in the US requires vaccinations for terms of employment. So keep that same energy maybe switch to another country.

Diabetes, depression and high blood pressure is on all time high yet you don't see people banning McDonald's or social media. If the company cares so much they should be making sure everybody has s BMI below a certain amount and wears their seat belts off the clock. Yeah except the fact that we don't deal with customers face-to-face and the people in the stores that work; except for managers, do not need to be vaccinated. Make that make sense.
I think people have the right to choose whether they want to get vaccined or not, but I also feel companies should have a certain degree of say in what their employees should have to do.
There are companies I will never go to ever again because their employees did not take the virus seriously. There are many companies who just allow anyone work there under the excuse that otherwise they’d be “discriminating” if they did. Meanwhile, people who I know have gone to work at restaurants with Covid and other infectious deseases. In others, employees without masks have come right up to my face “to ask if I needed help” simply to spite me since I did have a mask. And now they wonder why I’ll never go back to them even though I feel the pandemic is under control now and no longer feel threatened by it even in public without a mask.
So if T-Mobile were the exact opposite and didn’t care a fig if their employees were vaccinated or used mases, I would never walk into a T-Mobile store because companies like those don’t care about their customers, and I would go to a company that does.
Everyone has a choice. Companies have a choice. We have the right to choose a company or not if it values what is important to us or not. And companies should have the right to do the same with their employees.
I can say that I have been an employee for 5 years and have gone above and beyond to help my company. This job has provided stability for my family and brought me to a point in my life that I'm proud of, just to hear they're pulling the rug from under my feet they're giving me a "choice" My natural Immunity to covid 3 times Does not mean anything to them, weekly test not even offered. I am a top performer always have been and work from home with no bother, it's depressing and sad I can't move forward in my career but I would still be willing to work from home. I don't want to be forced to do something and then be upset and working for something I don't stand for. Therefore I have to do what is morally right for myself. I feel so depressed. I was in the process of buying my 1st home.... I have been crying every single day since this announcement. I put in my religious exemption and still have not heard back it's been almost a month.. I was career pathing and was planning to move up in the company only to be told to pick up my items and to no longer be on site, then that moved from no longer able to be employed after April 1st. I feel like I have given my soul body and mind to T-Mobile, I love my customers and at 1 point really loved my company but I just feel like this is completely unfair and I don't understand how we can have so many integrity trainings And inclusion conversations to be told we're not allowed or not welcome. When my site gathers I am literally sitting at my house crying because I miss that human interaction. Now I have to get up and pretend to be OK for my 5 children and pray to God that after April 1st I can continue being able to pay my bills and support my family. I get up and check my email every single morning praying that there has been something that will change maybe somebody will see the light but even still the mental turmoil they have placed upon me is unfair and has me sometimes contemplating life. It is more than a financial loss for me and for that I am deeply sorrowed. I am not judgmental one way or the other some people may need the vaccine and some may not but to be told you don't have a choice or find somewhere else to work is a very hard pill to swallow. Are you going to stop shopping at your local Kroger, Food Lion, Whole Foods, Publix, and many other grocery and department store chains because they have the same policy?
Get your facts straight. Verizon along with many other major companies were waiting to see the outcome of the SCOTUS hearing. SCOTUS shot down the illegal OSHA scheme. Therefore, there is no Fed Govt air cover and companies are going to be 100% liable for any vax injuries. Lawyers are going to love it.
Publix appears to be taking the same position as Verizon. Smart move. Lawsuits are going to painful for woke companies.

For all the apparently well-intended motivations you claim, neither you nor Tmobile have the right to force experimental medical procedures onto employees. I am trying to think of some reason why we shouldn’t boycott T-Mobile for its threat to fire all those poor employees who decline to take a bio-weapon injection at the demands of their task masters?

I do not use companies that mandate vaccines and all who want to remain free should do the same. Give your money to people who wish to remain free.
