The website was updated a couple years ago. The new design is slow, not user-friendly and very unappealing. It seems like it was a scaling down, but the new design is challenging to use. It is like web design 101.

if memory serves the TMO site here itself has always been peer to peer with a few agents strolling through to keep order...however any assistance needed and you will need to contact TMO via FB, Twitter or call in.
I logged in to my tmobile account for the first time in 12 years and the website still sucks. I also found out that some strange phone is registered to my account and there’s no way to change it. It’s really no surprise, Germans have no concept of customer service. I know, I lived there for 13 years.
Which Design I like the current website design simple and Attractive User Interface and navigation looks so good just like other website.
