why does t-mobile have the worst customer service out of the phone companies?

I’ve been trying to get in touch with customer service for a whole day! Hands down the shittys service and customer service ever!! And I’ve had some bad service in my life… Verizon here I come!!

Hello Nes,

Have you tried reaching out via Chat either using the App or The web (; if you’re using the web, make sure you’re not logged into your account.

I normally get better results when I chat as the normal wait time is about 2 to 5 minutes.

Another avenue is by going to Twitter and sending a Direct Message using @TMobileHelp

I’ve gotten results here to.  I hope this helps; if you’re still with T-Mobile that is.
