I just wanted to check-in to see if you were able to get your My T-Mobile account taken care of. I know it's important for you to be able to see all 4 lines on the account vs half of them. You can follow the steps found here to change the settings: Set up line permissions. If someone is already set-up as the primary account holder, you'll need to Contact Us to get it updated.
