cannot use device or get onto network while overseas.


    i am currently overseas in Hong kong and have been trying the last 3 days to use without success.I called and was diverted to the phillipine centre which the CS kept telling me my PIN is wrong. although i had it written down. She also tries to send me a text but since i dont get any network i am unable to receive the text. I am on a prepaid plan and just loaded the money a few days ago. What can I do to find out if what is wrong?
