I can not log into my (prepaid) account online


    I can not log into my (prepaid) account. I wanted to change the email address associated with my account. I talked with a customer sevice rep yesterday and she was supposed to change my email address in the system. She said she had escalated this to the tech department because she didn't know how to do it. Well, I am still waiting to get into my account. How long does it take to change an email address in a customers account? I am no genius but I'm sure that it could have been done in the 12 + hours that I have been waiting.
