    When I use this site (the one Swappa.com uses to verify phone is clear) it returns the status

    This is incorrect as the phone has been paid off for almost 2 weeks. Calling customer support to fix the problem has yielded zero results as they just keep telling me that in their system it shows as being paid off.


    Who is responsible for updating the database this site uses and how do I get my IMEI updated?
