Unable to set a primary account!


    I have been a T-mobile one plus customer for almost 2 years but never managed to set a primary account. Whenever I try to do it online I receive an error message. I contacted customer service many times to have it done for me but in vein. Every time I have the same "dump" answer: the server is down! Can you believe it. I am not able to to check my bills or to redeem some benefits such as Netflix. If this is not resolved I will terminate my subscription.
