I can not unlock the phone without Internet and your send me an e-mail with missing info on how to unlock the device.

        Hey there!  This is a community forum, so no one can access the information but we can certainly try to point you in the right direction. 


        Are you a current or former T-Mobile customer?  What kind of phone is it and was it purchased from T-Mobile?  Purk? Are you referring to PUK, as in is the device telling you that the SIM is locked?
