Why has the pre-installed T-Mobile App never worked on my T-Mobile device?


    I got my S9+ from T-Mobile in June. It's September and I still have never gotten past a page that appears immediately and says "Sorry, something is not quite right here," and says that it is due to "technical difficulties". My device is 100% up to date, and so is each app. This is a simple personal T-Mobile ONE plan -- basic as they get, yet I can't log in to my carrier's own app. I wouldn't mind if I could uninstall it, but I'm kinda forced to possess an app that is no use to me. What's up w dat?
