Unable to upgrade


    My phone is eligible to upgrade but when I have to choose what line and I choose mine it says system error has occurred has been happening for 4 months now. I had to replace my iPhone for water damage and I have apple care I went to Applemgot a new phone now I can’t choose my line to upgrade it says system error please try again later.  What could this be? I spoke to support 10x no one Can help me or figure out why ...anyone else ha e this issue? What do I do? HELP
