Unable to make an online purchase!


    This has been going on, on and off for a short few months now . Everytime I want to add a line or look at device upgrades I'm redirected to call in. I will not ever call in to upgrade or add a line unless it's absolutely necessary. I refuse to pay you an extra $20 which turns out to be more than the taxes on the device in question, just to add the line for this device.


    So, with that being said, is anyone else experiencing this issue?
