Not Authorized to Access Account


    Whenever I try to log in online to pay my bill or check my usage, I get the error: "You are not authorized to access this account".

    I've called 611 multiple times. The first time they said to wait 48 hours but nothing happened after a week so I called again, and they said they'll refresh the support ticket or something like that and call me back the next day, but it's been another week and I still haven't gotten a call back and I still can't access my account.

    Is there another way to solve this? At this state I'm not sure what to do since calling 611 hasn't helped. Thanks in advance.
