I have the phone listed above. When trying to activate my new SIM, it tells me my data plan is not compatible with my phone... I have 4 lines and don't want to change my data plan. What can I do to be able to use my new phone??
You might want to check your account and make sure that you have a data feature assigned to your line of service. You can do this by going to My.T-Mobile.com>Plan Tab>Choose Your Line>Manage Data and Add Ons>Make Sure the Proper Data Feature is selected. You can also reach out to care and they can check, but it would be very fast to check it yourself.
