Cannot login my accounts in T-mobile for several weeks


    I have two T-mobile prepaid numbers under one account. When I login T-Mobile, it goes to and shows my two numbers correctly. But after I choose a number, it shows error 'We are currently having trouble with your request. Please wait a few minutes and try again.'

    I contacted customer services several times (both online chats and call). They kept telling me that technicians were working on it but couldn't give me any estimation time of when could be fixed. Sad that I could try to login again later. Later? Now it's 3 weeks and still same problem. I search on the internet and saw several other posts saying similar login issues. 

    Can T-Mobile actually assign someone to fix this technical problem?
