This is not the first time. All phones won’t make calls for hours and on top of that if u call T-Mobile they have a hour or more wait to answer you. This more then the other person on the other line dames to be out of the country they really don’t understand and the Frustration kicks in. I’m done. Looking for a better service.
Hello all,I am with the T-Mobile One Plus plan, and I am using a OnePlus 6T phone(unlocked) bought from T-Mobile. I am currently travelling in Hong Kong and my phone has been able to roam with 4G LTE data and recieving text messages from US. In the last couple of days, my phone hasn’t be able to register to any of the following local network providers:CSL 3 China Mobile HK SmarTone HKThe phone is currently in the emergency only state, and I ensure I am not in airplane mode.I have attempted the following to troubleshoot:Turned phone on & off), and same issue persist. Put my T-Mobile SIM card to another phone (Samsung A32), and same issue persist. Put a local 3 mobile sim card to my OnePlus 6T(unlocked), and was able to called to local 3 mobile 4G network. Booted OnePlus 6T(unlocked) into safe mode, and same issue persist. Turned off Automatically choose preferred network, and I tried to connect OnePlus 6T(unlocked) manually to each available local network provider, and I got error “
I have a ADT doorbell and I have been trying to get it to capture and record live feeds when there is motion at the door and some one ring the doorbell. It will notify me when there is motion and it rings but it will not record. I’ve had two technicians to come out and the camera inside will record but the doorbell won’t, CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP, I’ve been without the recordings since 12/16/202, and it was working prior to getting TMOBILE, had another carrier, it worked fine until it switch.
As an Essentials customer, I’m entitled to a 3G Hotspot and 2G data coverage in Canada & Mexico. My understanding is that T-Mobile (and the other phone carriers) will be shutting down their 2G and 3G networks during 2022.After the 2G & 3G networks are shut down, will my Hotspot coverage be upgraded to 4G (LTE)? How will data usage in Canada and Mexico be handled?
anyone having trouble with the m2000 hotspot i only got mine wen. and the most bars i have saw is 2 but most of the time its 1 or zero yesterday all at once it said invalid sim i talked to someone last night said an outage but today i got on live chat fianlly the guy reset some stuff got it back on still only 1 bar signal then after about 2 hours ths invalid sim came back i restart hotspot now im back to no service as of now i am very very dissapointed in Tmobile this is my first time having Tmobile and im not at all happy
I have a SynchroBit hotspot connected via ethernet cable to my gateway. It is now stuck in relay mode after working fine for 5 days or so. I need to have port forwarding available but have not been successful as of yet. Have not been able to find any help online and TMobil support says it is not available on their gateway. Im not sure if adding another wireless router would solve my problem or not. The Geek Squad at Best Buy said no……! Hoping for some tech savvy help on this….TIA
Why is my brand new Samsung A13 Speedtest (16.8Mbps) always showing well below what my iPhone 13 (45.4 Mbps) gets???? from the same location, the same timeframe.I know they use different chips, but this is very disappointing. Even more disappointing is that they both are below what my 4G speedtests were showing from the same location.
I am able to successfully send e-mail to SMS from several of my e-mail accounts, save one. Messages are not blocked, at least according to Barracuda Networks SMTP server, which consistently returns “status=sent (250 OK (Allowed))”. The message simply vanishes, never to arrive (even after weeks), without even a notification of non-delivery. I have had issues with T-Mobile e-mail to SMS intermittently for years, but this is the first perpetual total loss of messages without any indication why. The problem is easily reproducible; it happens every time. I have tried prepending a “1” and a “+1” to the address, as in +1<T-Mobile-USA-number>@tmomail.netbut neither makes any difference. Has anyone had this problem and, if so, how did you solve it? Thanks very much in advance.
I already solved this problem; just writing it down because I couldn't find anyone else who had it.I'm using T-Mobile (LTE, not 5G) in the US on a Fairphone 3, which is a European model of phone. (I'm not sure it's relevant; I'm including it because it might be.) At some point after I started using the service, I was entirely unable to send SMS messages, but could send MMS, so I could send group text messages and texts with attachments, just not one-on-one texts. (I could receive SMS messages just fine.) I worked around this problem by attaching an image that was a blank white rectangle, and explaining what I was doing, when not using alternate chat applications.Then I poked through my settings for a bit and discovered that I had left VoLTE disabled (to fix a problem I can't remember the nature of anymore, except that I remember it working). Hi, I recently changed phones and I have only been able to connect to H+ data. The new phone is a Nord N10 5G and it was purchased unlocked from the Oneplus store. When we switched, we simply took the sim card from the old phone and inserted to the new phone. We’ve tried all the troubleshooting tips from the webpage but have been unable to fix the issue (restarting, turning on/off airplane and data, resetting APN to default, etc). What could be causing the issue and how can we fix it?
