we are travelling internationally in 4 days but I accidentally activated the international data plan too early. I don’t see a way to turn it off and set a new date.
Our phones are now showing we are on the international data plan, not our Magenta Max
Call 611 and see if they can do anything. BTW, you can buy a Data Pass using the T-Mobile app after you arrive at your destination.
Thanks. Just got off the phone with customer service. They were able to remove and then add it back, scheduled to activate on the correct date.
Now just waiting for the cellular network to update on my iphone13- it takes a long time when we changed rate plans.
