May I ask what your living location is cuz I recently just ordered that because I have tremendous 5G service from central PA I actually got the ultra capacity 5G and that's supposed to work as good as the 5G ultra capacity currently running on my phone so I'm hoping the device works as well as my phone does

I have opposite problem.  My connection is ok, 300/27, family is streaming and playing games, BUT kvd21 shows "no connection" on screen and all bars are grey.  TMHI app can't find device, tells me to plug it in.

Reboot and it's ok for hour or 2 then says no connection but can still surf.  (And text messages come thru to screen)

3 other people near me having same problem. 1 having your problem.  (And waiting for support to call back)
