Have extremely bad phone network signal at my home. Tried calling Tmobile with long wait times and got disconnected again and again.

 Is there another way to contact them to help resolve my issue?

you can try contacting their T-Force team through either Facebook or Twitter..many people go this route instead of calling in.

 

are you having issues with calls, data or both?

 

calls you can try using wifi calling if you have wifi available.
