Can't Send or Receive Pictures After Switching to T-Mobile

Had no issue sending or receiving pictures with Verizon and now that I switched to T-Mobile, nothing will send or download when sent from others. I just see a box that says No Subject, Message size:___, Expires: Date. If I click the box that has a download arrow, it spins for a minute and nothing happens. Several images have expired and I never got the chance to view them.

When I set up my account they forgot to turn on my data which was included in the plan. The data was turned on through tech support and my account was credited for the mistake. I have rebooted my phone several times since but this issue persists.

What can I do to fix this?

Make sure your APN and MMS settings are correct.

BYOD T-Mobile data & APN settings

Thanks! I had re-created the APN profile using the directions on the T-mobile website you sent (before I figured out that my account was set up wrong).

I just switched it back to the default T-Mobile APN settings and it worked.

Thank you kindly!

No problem, when I was using unlocked phones I had the same issue and

went back and double checked everything and found I entered something incorrectly.

How do you do this?  The link does not work for me.  I have the same problem since switching

@syaoran  you have the working link for this i believe.

any links posted in here prior to their site update/change up no longer work unfortunately. it’ll have to be reposted in order for it to work again.

I don't keep them but they are easy enough to find.
