Can't WFH with 0-1 bars 4G signal! 4 calls to Customer Support WORTHLESS!

Who cares about 5G? 

I CAN’T WFH WITH JUST 0-1 BAR 4G SIGNAL!!! I’M MISSING CALLS!!! 

I’ve called Customer Support 4 times since 5/22/20 … only to get BS concern with empty promises for a “cell spot” and account credit. Now -- 6+ weeks later -- nothing has changed. There’s never been any follow-up and my service has not improved one iota.

Needless to say I’ve wasted HOURS and HOURS of my time! Yet, T-Mobile expects me to pay my bill in full each and every month for <30-40% service at home. How much MONEY have I wasted?

What a way to run a business!

How do I get someone's attention to solve my problem???

 

P.S. After reading a few other issues that others are having, let me also add:

*I have 2 phones (Android & iPhone), one of which was purchased from TMO and is not yet paid off. (Yup, one of the first excuses I got from Customer Support was that my phones weren’t “good enough” for the network.) 

*I’m only 17 miles from the center of midtown Manhattan (NY) … i.e., well within civilization.

*I’ve also been told that I’m supposedly situated between 2 competing towers that aren’t allowing my phones to reliably lock onto a signal. (And why should that be a problem for my location?)
