I was given a cellspot because one of our lines repeatedly drops calls. it was given while a Sprint customer. I have been given repeated notices that I need to upgrade it but there is no way to do so. I have called in or chatted and been told:
- I do not need to upgrade because all my lines are already on TMobile and the Cellspot isn’t even working for us (but yet when I disconnect it, the calls drop again).
- I will be notified when a new device is available but no one knows when that will be.
So what is the answer? If I disconnect the cellspot, the calls repeatedly drop. But it will become obsolete in a few days. Are there any answers to this?
