T-Mobile is the worst company to deal with. I don’t have signal at work or at home, after so many calls to tech support no positive result. They keep saying they will call in 15-20 minutes because every time I call, they ask me to do the network reset on my phone and loose call. They never called, or even they call but without signal to my phone how am i going to receive it. On their web site, coverage map is big FRAUD. I don’t even get any signal at both location on iPhone, Samsung, Pixal, motorola…...so it is not the device.
