I suffer delayed texts, missed inbound calls as I live and work in the Warren VT area. Is there anything I or tmobile can do to fix this? Or must I switch back to my old network provider?
I’d suggest that trying to use T-Mobile in Warren is just an exercise in frustration. I seriously doubt the situation will change any time soon. I’d switch back.
I would recommend to switch back. It is possible that TMobile will actually boot you, as it looks like all roaming
