esim activation stuck on iphone 14 pro

Just switched to t-mobile (now i wish i wouldn’t have), it’s nightmare to activate one of line, spend almost 8+ hrs at store and phone with tech support, it’s looks like no one knows the solution. my phone het stuck “Activating...” This shows under Setting>Cellular>Turn On This line. Tmobile says on there end it show eSIM is activated but my phone never get out of the “Activating...” and when i try to make a call, gets the msg saying my device is doesn't have an active SIM card. My store agent also changed the brand new phoen to another brand new phone but no luck. I wonder if anyone has answer.

im sure the store already attempted these steps for the OP but for anyone else trying to figure out how to transfer your esim from one device to another

if issue are ran into like the OP then you will need to contact TMO to try and get it figured out.
