My phone service noticeably degraded after being forced to switch my Sprint SIM cards for T-Mobile SIM cards in June of 2022. T-Mobile refuses to address the issue and lies about their network’s failure to provide efficient service to former Sprint customers.

I strong encourage everyone who was a former Sprint customer and who switched to the T-Mobile SIM cards and who are having problems with the network to file a complaint with the FCC and the Better Business Bureau. There needs to be a class action lawsuit against T-Mobile. But the only way to achieve that is if people file complaints.

People should not have to pay for service they are not receiving. And the FCC can’t accept their lies if people are filing complaints enmasse.
