Full 5G, no internet, no help from support in Seattle

In Seattle, specifically in the South Lake Union area near Amazon offices, I’ve been receiving intermittent outages where my phone displays full 5G UC signal but cannot connect to the internet at all. These outages last for ~30 minutes at a time, and continue even after a reboot and resetting network settings.

It doesn’t look like I’m the only person with this issue, others on the Seattle subreddit have reported similar outages in the same area.

I’ve contacted support several times but cannot seem to get any help other than guidance on restarting my device. What can I do to get this issue looked into?
