Horrible company! (I've been here since VoiceStream in the 90's!) HORRIBLE!

I called to inquire about my bill.  Some moron (Tmobile rep) suggested to me 4 weeks ago that I can save 17 dollars per month by upgrading my account at no cost or disruptions… I LOST MY GRANDFATHERED UNLIMITED INTERNET AND MY WIFES PHONE HAS NO INTERNET AT ALL!! IT’S BEEN LIKE THIS FOR WEEKS!  I call TMOBILE DAILY ASKING FOR THEM TO FIX IT!!! AND NO FIX!! OMG!!! I want to file a formal complaint and provide a survey with all zeros!  What happened to this company!?  Its horrible service.  The nicest people work there but NO ISSUES ARE EVER FIXED.  I’d rather have them be jerks and actually solve the issues that I am dealing with.  YOU SUCK T-MOBILE!

What plan did he switch you to?  In your Mytmobile account they compare your current plan to a new plan and break down the plans at least they use to but since I'm on the 55+ plan I haven't looked at the newer plans.
