At first, I blamed incompetence. Now, I blame myself. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and expecting a different result. Numerous calls, 611 texts, in-store visits, social media posts/DMs––the billing issues and technical problems continue. Each time the reps say the same thing. I’m working on it. I’ll follow up next month. We need to do testing. It’s all smoke and mirrors. Since they bought Sprint, it’s like I’m back with them again. TMobile is EXPENSIVE ! The reception isn’t reliable. Try filling out college and grant applications on a web based system. Watch it time out and your work vanish. I know, I should be validating my account and getting back into the tech que for the 20th time...instead, I’m telling you how I feel. Another company that greedily takes your money but doesn’t provide good service.

I get pretty decent coverage and speeds but it's always location dependant.
