I was promised 4G and that If I purchase the Samsung 10 I can go to 5G
But all this time I was on 3G.
What is going on here?
I just spoke with customer care 11:50 pm 06-15-2021 and the rep said because I went over 50gigs June 11 2021. I said I wanted to speak with a supervisor as he was lying to me.
He transferred me to a queue no one answered my call just MOH
I checked all this time I was never on 4G
I have unlimited everything
Any help would be nice
