my cell coverage is sometimes weak. Is there a way to get incoming calls to use wifi which is pretty strong. I can use wifi on outgoing calls just fine.

Do you have your phone set to wifi preferred in your settings.
yes and it appears outgoing calls are using wifi

Have you checked your MyTmobile account for the usage?
I looked at my usage but don’t see anything that answers my question??
