I am to my wits end with this 5GUC crap. My phone simply doesn’t work when on it and hasn’t since their rollout. With the amount of complaints, why is T-Mobile ignoring this issue? I keep my phone on LTE just so I can use data when not on WiFi because of this. This is completely unacceptable. Why won’t T-Mobile address the serious issue?
Why is my phone hotspot internet speed ~0.01 mbps??
This is a recurring problem. Once T-Mobile throttles down my hotspot (I pay for extra data), it plummets to really pitiful levels. 0.01 mbps is worse than whatever 3G T-Mobile promises. It is so slow as to be practically useless. Websites timeout, etc. Is there a reason for this? Is it a ploy to get me to upgrade my data? I pay nearly $200/month for two lines. Please help!
Can't receive data when on 5G UC
New Pixel 6 Pro. Worked fine for first few days. Now when the phone shows connected to 5G UC, I can not receive any data or connect to internet. There's an exclamation point in the notification area. If the phone shows just 5G or LTE them I can receive data. Tried resetting all networks and still won't work on 5G UC band.
this is BS. y’all broke my home internet. Are you throttling? I just changed my gateway thinking it was broken but no. It is your dishonest business practice that is causing this. Just be upfront if you are throttling. I will be canceling if it continues for a few more days. This is so dishonest. Your stock price doesn’t deserve the multiples. This is disgusting.
No SMS/MMS texts being sent
Having problems sending texts from my Android phone. I can receive texts from other people. When I send, it shows as sent but the text never gets to the recipient. Other texting apps such as LINE and WhatsApp work fine. All phone software up to date, I tried turning Airplane mode off/on, powering down the phone, and resetting APN to default. Nothing works so far. Been stuck on hold with T-Mobile support forever now and their live chat is down.Would very much appreciate any suggestions or help. Thanks!

Anyone else having problem activating galaxy watch 4 as standalone?
So I just got two LTE galaxy watch 4's to use when I don't want to carry my phone with me (while exercising). After spending two hours at a T-Mobile store and another hour on the phone with a technician, they escalate and another tech comes on and advises me that the galaxy watch 4 cannot be used as a standalone on t mobile. It can only be used when connected and near the phone its paired with! WHY would T-Mobile sell an LTE watch that can only be used when connected to the phone? That is called a Bluetooth watch! Very frustrated with them wasting 3 hours of my time, when this could have been mentioned when the watches were ordered. And even then, why sell LTE watches instead of Bluetooth watches? Has anyone one had this issue?

Tmobile says on there end it show eSIM is activated but my phone never get out of the “Activating...” and when i try to make a call, gets the msg saying my device is doesn't have an active SIM card. My store agent also changed the brand new phoen to another brand new phone but no luck. I wonder if anyone has answer.
Not receiving all short messages SMS verification codes from Europe only some
November 2022 this worked fine and for years I used it. Now I may get one code in a day or two and no more. I talked to support and opened a case ticket. I tried twitter as well and they said its not supposed to work based on CTIA standards. This is strange since it worked fine for years and started to have issues this year. Any help/guidance will be appreciated! Thanks
4G LTE not working
I pay 40 dollars a month with up to 10GB of 4G LTE. But few months ago it started to not working, can’t use Instagram, Spotify, or even google something on the internet, it just keep loading, almost like not having internet at all. And it’s not the server’s problem, because it usually run with full bar, or the usage problem, because it happens even the day after I pay my phone bill. My friends around me are using T-Mobile too and they doesn’t seem to have this problem. Does anyone have the same problem?
Is my neighbor's 4G LTE Cellspot degrading my service?
For reference I live in an apartment building which has acceptable T-Mobile service as I've gone years without any issues living here. A new neighbor has moved in recently, and I noticed that I have been experiencing worse call quality and more calls have been dropping. Our building has a very spotty internet provider with high ping and slow upload speeds. A few things lead me to believe that my new neighbors have installed a T-Mobile 4G LTE Cellspot. I'm familiar with the Cellspot because my parents live in a rural area and have one in their home. In the past my phone used to display 5G service regularly, now instead it displays LTE exclusively. When stepping outside about twenty yards away from the building my 5G service returns. I also receive better speeds when running a speed test outside away from my building. Inside of my building I barely reach 40 mbs down and usually below 5 mbs upload speed which is important for calls and video calls. Speed and the quality of calls has never
How secure is T-mobile's service? Is it encrypted?
How secure is T-mobile’s service? Is packet sniffing or a man in the middle attack possible on the T-mobile network?I know that most ISPs have a good idea of what a user does on their network. You can typically just use a VPN to enable more anonymity online. But from the signal between a device and the cell tower i’m guessing there can be multiple security issues.Lets say I login to my T-mobile account or bank account. And someone has set up a repeater or fake signal that my phone connects to thinking its the T-mobile service. Would that person be able to see the data being transferred over the network. Or is the signal my phone sends out encrypted not allowing for this to happen.Devices like the 4G LTE Cellspot connects to a customers own router and allows them to broadcast a T-mobile signal using their home internet. Are people that own this device able to see data and traffic from my phone? They could possible configure their router maliciously to look at all traffic coming from a 4
