I am unable to enable Wifi Calling. every time I try to enable it pop up page "add an E911 Adress to your account" pops up. I already set an E911 address on My T-mobile to use Wi-Fi calling. I confirm the address on my iPhone and press "save" . Pop up window "Updating..." and then after a few seconds another window with "T mobile Error - There was a problem in processing your request. please try again." I've been trying for 4 hours now with no luck. I made sure other devices can connect to and use the Wi-Fi network.I verified the Wi-Fi password is correct.I changed the computer's network security type to one the device supportsI checked that the router has the most recent software and is connected to the modem. My speed is faster than .25 MbpsI reseted router, phone, airplane mode, everything. Does anyone know what should I do?
Hello,I am abroad in Portugal and my phone is not connecting to the local network. This is not an issue of international roaming being turned off – I have zero bars, the phone will not connect to the local network to even give me the opportunity to roam. My phone is an unlocked Sony Xperia XZ.I have a prepaid sim from T-Mobile.International Roaming is turned on.There is not a local network outage. I have a second phone that is able to connect to the local network (not t-mobile sim), I put the T-Mobile sim in the phone and it won’t connect to the local network.I searched for all local networks in settings/service providers and tried to connect manually to every one on the list. None of them connect. Does anyone have any ideas? Is there a problem with my sim card?Thank you
I have called T-mobile support twice to confirm that the Pixel 3a works/roams in Greece, the UK and France prior to up grading. My question was motivated by my current phone, the Samsung Galaxy J3 Prime not working in Japan ( confirmed by 2nd level tech support) despite being sold as doing so. One person said it would not work in those countries citing frequency band issues, one person said it would work. Any experiences/answers?
Coverage is very spotty in my house. Service comes and goes. Was trying T-Mobile (with a prepaid), before switching from ATT but won't switch unless this can be fixed. How do I open up a support ticket to check this out? I am bringing my own att phone with me. No plans to buy new phones.
Not sure what band 66 is but u figured band 71 would show up first. All i have heard about was band 71 rollout but nothing about band 66. Anyone know what t-mobiles plan is for band 71. A tower near me (southeast nh) just switched to band 66 but really need 71 as i am on the outer edge of reliable band 12 coverage.. just curious
I have been extremely disappointed in the coverage, or lack thereof, in the area of the White Mountain Resort NH. This is a popular skiing and recreation area and I can't even make a call or text, let alone any data. This happens ever year on my trips to this part of the sate. I realize that this may seem remote but again this is a very popular tourist destination. The people I stay with can all access their respective carriers. I keep hoping that this will change but I won't hold out any hope.

Everything was working fine until last week. Suddenly my group texts are all messed up. I will get several texts in a row and then miss some. I will send a text and some people get it but not everyone; or I will send one and no one gets it. This particular group is three other iPhones and one android. It is not consistent whose texts I receive/don’t receive and it isn’t consistent who gets/doesn’t get my texts. It happens when I’m on WiFi and when I’m not on WiFi. I do not seem to be missing any texts if someone messages me individually, only in the group texts.Things I have tried:1) power cycling2) resetting network settings3) restoring to factory settings4) checking and rechecking my message settings to make sure everything is correct (it is)5) updating iOS6) speaking to Apple twice. They had me tweak some settings on an associated iPad, and when that didn’t work I screenshared with them and they checked all my settings. They told me to check with my carrier next.I’m very frustr
