Hello,I was promised 4G and that If I purchase the Samsung 10 I can go to 5GBut all this time I was on 3G.What is going on here?I just spoke with customer care 11:50 pm 06-15-2021 and the rep said because I went over 50gigs June 11 2021. I said I wanted to speak with a supervisor as he was lying to me.He transferred me to a queue no one answered my call just MOHI checked all this time I was never on 4GI have unlimited everythingAny help would be nice ThanksOne Loyal Customer
I am wondering what good is G5 if YOU don’t up grade the towers? I getting poor service from my new G5 net work/phone due to YOUR failure of not updating the towers in the 48215/48214 zip code areas. Address is 2101 Conner Street Detroit MI. It’s an automobile assembly plant, furthermore Chrysler built a new automobile assembly plant at 4000 St Jean Detroit MI 48214. About a ½ mile away; which means another 5,500 to 6,000 users on the cell towers every day. Or should I file a complaint with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and have them look into why YOU failed to support your customers?
I called T-Mobile Home internet, and they honestly didn't know what the word outage meant. My internet has been down since noon. All the customer service reps could do is tell me to call back in two hours if I don't have service. It is 7:22pm argh any other suggestions??? I have plugged and unplugged device multiple times. We have had the device over a month now.
I was given a cellspot because one of our lines repeatedly drops calls. it was given while a Sprint customer. I have been given repeated notices that I need to upgrade it but there is no way to do so. I have called in or chatted and been told:I do not need to upgrade because all my lines are already on TMobile and the Cellspot isn’t even working for us (but yet when I disconnect it, the calls drop again). I will be notified when a new device is available but no one knows when that will be.So what is the answer? If I disconnect the cellspot, the calls repeatedly drop. But it will become obsolete in a few days. Are there any answers to this?
We are travelling from the UK to Los Angeles for 5 nights and then down onto Cancun for 11 nights at the end of June. As we will need our phones for Google maps, finding restaurants/ leisure activities etc, I am trying to find out if my Google pixel 5 will work on the T mobile network, and what options are for buying a local 30 day SIM card with sufficient Data. 4 years ago I attempted to add my in law to my T-Mobile line without success. We were told that it's because Verizon had exklusive rights there and was the only dominant provider. After 4 h we gave up trying to port his 307 number and he continued his Verizon account. I noticed that my 5G is working better in Casper WY now than before. Does this mean that there might be a chance to port a WY number from Verizon to T-Mobile? Anyone that has recent experience?
We are away in Dubai and called tmobile to add a data pass for us to get unlimited phone calls and text messages while we're here. However whenever my husband and I try to text or make a phone call, the calls are dropped and the messages do not go through. Why doesn't T-Mobile have a chat system for us to communicate with them since our calls won't go through?!
I’m not sure if this is a T-Mobile WiFi problem but, how do you turn it off and on? If I am in an area which writing shows people in background talk and their conversation is added to whatever I am doing. A blue speaker shows in the upper left corner of my iPhone 13 Pro and I’m not sure how to turn it on and off?
I have this T-mobiile account(business) for a long time(20+ yrs) so I’m grand fathered. As far as remember since I had it setup for BlackBerry 10 years ago the data would never work on an Android phone it works on differenet iPhones… here & there I tried the SIM on Android phone and the Data never worked and it doesn’t as of now. So i assumed since this is an old account I’m blocked from getting Data on Android.I called today for something else but asked about that Data & they said it is supposed to work on any phone no restrictions they can see but after almost 3 hrs back&forth with support it doesn’t work they were helpful but no matter what they tried it didn’t work on the LG Stylo (which I use overseas and the data works nicely with the SIM from there)So I’m doomed??? and this account would never work on Android??? or there’s some weird setting they are missing???
When are you going to fix the issue with device section so we can control what devices are on it? Every time you click on it says lost connection with gateway restart app so frustrating when I need to remove schedule on my work laptop. Update today obviously was not to fix this issue and I have seen several people complain about it. I have uninstalled app and reinstalled numerous times, reset gateway, hard reset, called in about it and it is still unresolved.
I have been a customer with t-mobile for almost 9 years now. I tried out their home internet and then sent them the router back in October. Now it is March and they are charging me a missing router fee of 221 dollars on my current billing cycle. Why am I being charged for something I sent back almost 6 months ago. Also after I sent them back the router they charged me for the internet the next two months because apparently you have to call that department as well to cancel the plan. It literally makes no sense that this how they conduct business. Not only do I have to wait 45 minutes to talk to someone who literally resolves nothing, they make me call multiple times to again achieve absolutely nothing. I am switching carriers immediately.
I know my plan is to be able to have my bill completely paid off within the month of October regarding the specific phone and yet I am confused as to why in order to payoff own the phone to have as I choose is costing $17.99 though to return the phone is free and yet there are other odd seemingly needless charges which makes little sense as to such portions to be able to upgrade my phone plan, which does anyone know why that is a problem and how does that get fixed and repaired as does it make sense to anyone as to why that would ever be a situations regarding such aspects?
