I have to have service in the zip code of 37307. They immediately jumped and answered yes when I asked about it. Oh yes you’ll def have service with our new 5g but I don’t. Sprint used to have enough service to get a phone call out but this T-Mobile doesn’t have even a tiny blip of service. Now I have a new iPhone 13 and I’m locked into a stupid contract for 2 years
I’ve been a T Mobile customer coming up on a year now and while I am very happy with the level of service and coverage while travel in CONUS and OCONUS there is one thing that gives me pause.. Why does T Mobile keep getting intruded on by actors/hijackers and other script kiddies. Let’s start with the obvious, T mobile by the numbers is now the #2 wireless provider in the United States which does make it a target for intrusion, however Verizon being the #1 wireless provider does not (publicly at least) seem to have its systems and other customer data stolen, so let’s ask the question.. Why? Why does it seem that T Mobile is the poster child and whipping boy for cyber hacks. I understand that methods to secure the accounts (2FA, Takeover protection etc..) is a good start, but in what other ways is T Mobile protecting my information that I was required to give them during account creation like Driver license information and social security?, I obviously know the answer as to the why, but
My phone isn’t working right! After paying my may bill, my phone has been acting up. I can’t use some of my apps or play music from Apple Music. It keeps showing no network connection and that I need to fix it but my data is on and my phone is connected to Wi-Fi. Idk sb please help me. I've restarted my phone multiple times and I restarted my network yesterday. It the problem still hasn’t fixed.
When trying to use HotSpot on either of my 3 phone, I Can NOT get higher than 0.5 MB download speed. Took 3 minutes to load Log in, and send this message. Same thing has happen 2 other times this year. This is worse than my old AT&T service, and was the reason I switched Provider! It is CRAZY having to spend hours and hours every 3-4 months with “Customer service”!
We have a 5G Gateway N1 device that works pretty well, but we do have weak signals at the moment and we also live on a hillside and probably do not get much benefit from the omnidirectional antenna system in the cylinder-shaped device.I am considering an outdoor installation in a weatherproof box that would have a short (<10m) conduit into our residence. This should allow me to elevate the device a bit while also placing it away from our outer wall (though not that far). The connection would carry a grounded 120v extension cord as well as a RJ45 cable to connect with a WIFI router inside our residence. The operating temperature limits on the device would seem acceptable, but I am considering a fan for ventilation.Does this make sense? Has anyone else tried this?Thank you.
Hello, I recently took advantage of the free galaxy watch promotion by adding another line for the watch but it has been 2 days now and no one at the tmobile stores nor customer service have been able to help me connect the line so that I can make calls with my watch without my phone is this promotion a fluke to show that tmobile is “Adding more lines” compared to other companies? Is anyone else having these issues? The same thing is happening with my wifes apple watch that she just got from Tmobile. Any recomandations?
Anyone else have a problem with a rep saying they are going to call back in an hour or call back in 3 days and it's 2 hrs and 5 days after the fact. They keep saying they will solve the problem with network or replace the phone I have with a different phone other than oneplus 8t (second phone that still disconnects Durning phone call) but they do nothing! Anyone else fed up?
When streaming/watching MLB games on my home TVs, the signal hops in-and-out and then there is a quick hop back to current play. When this happens we also miss some of the commentary from the broadcaster many times. Is this an issue with the strength of my internet signal (it seems fine) or is there something else that I can work on? Anyone else have this problem?
My old spectrum internet had the same issue at this location so i changed it to tmobile 5g lately. And same stuff, everyday im still loosing service for a few seconds each time. Does anybody know why this is happening. Pissed off customer alert
I recently changed over to T-mobile for my phone and my home internet. I live on a hill and can see for miles. In my yard and 200 ft down my driveway, I almost get 4 bars. At the end of my 1000 foot driveway, I get 5 bars and superior speed. I go back up into my own yard and home and it drops down to 1 or 2 bars even when I am outside of my home- that makes no difference. I is so frustrating to see that end of my driveway has excellent signal. You would think being on a large hill, you would get a better signal. Less than a mile from me on main stretch all has 5g and 5 bars. Anyone explain why this is happening?
How do you find out when they are working on the rural expansion of coverage? if Tmobile would just expand just a little bit more in my community, they would take over the other 2 major carriers and the local independent phone company will not extend or expand service so most can not get good internet. i can not even get phone service. i have home built 3 years ago and service ends 3 houses down. tmobile help us out here……..
I have less than 5MBS of data down from my office location. I have called multiple times and complained about this issue. At home I get over 200MBS down, so I know it is an issue of poor service at my office. I have called and addressed it probably 10-15 via @Tmobile Support on Twitter. Is it possible at this point just to get a signal booster and not have to go with no service from my office?
I have a very specific question re: coverage in Oregon City, OR 97045. Redland Road is a busy road that is highly travelled. For at least the past year any call I am on while driving on Redland Road drops about a half mile before the cross street of Ferguson Road and there are no cell service bars for approximately the next mile on Redland Road. Can this be addressed? Please?
For the last few days T-Mobile cell is unreliable to the point no calls can be made, SMS sent, or internet accessed. The signal would come and go every few minutes. This is not a phone issue because if I drive to another location it works fine. Also, there is no way to report service outage on the t-mobile website - they tell me to call a number, seriously! I have no signal and I must call them to report I have no signal?
(Duplicate of same problem encountered over a year ago was eventually resolved)I receive traffic alerts via SMS from 511NJ.com The alerts all of a sudden stopped coming through. Same problem over a year ago and I posted on this board and it was resolved by some provisioning on your end. (Being picked up as SPAM) Hopefully we can apply the same fix again ?Thank you
