It seems that our pages being sent from our CAD system through page gate are no longer being delivered to any responders that are using Tmobile. Page gate of course uses the firstname.lastname@example.org address to send the messages out and it did used to work and still works for all other carriers. It seems to be a recent problem and I'm not sure if they are being blocked by Tmobile or if there is another issue. Any help would be appreciated. Please send me a D.M. with sender domain details and 1 recipient and I can verify the cause code. I will say that broadcast based traffic would be best suited if it was sent through a trusted messaging gateway like 10DLC, short code, or toll-free. I’m pasting a link here that best describes these features” I am also having problems receiving Text Messages from our Page Gate System at our 911
International plan-good morning we got the 15 GB international plan for our trip to Europe. We have two lines on our account but the information for the international plan only shows up for one of the lines. Do you know if we had to purchase a separate $50.30 day international plan for each line on the phone? It did not say so we thought that would cover one account. Thank you for your help!
I have strong wifi and weak cell signal in the office so have always put iPhone in airplane mode and used wireless calling. Now when I do it, I get the popup that I need to turn off airplane mode. It won’t let me dial out using wireless. This is an iPhone 12,
Hello, I have a Canadian phone (I live in Windsor, ON) but I work in Detroit, MI. I just bought a prepaid plan for my eSIM on my iPhone X. My question is, will my service switch automatically to my eSIM when I come over the border or is thing something I have to do everyday? Thanks!
I will be traveling abroad and understand that if you use more than 50% of your data off-network for two months, your account could be suspended or limited. My trip is for three months or longer. From what I understand wifi calling is considered “on-network.” So if I do most of my calling and internet on wifi, will that offset the data I use while roaming and prevent any penalty over the three-month period?
We have been having problems with calling each other if we are close. I know, why do we need to call each other? First of all misplaced phones. I live with my 76-year-old mother-in-law and she loses it all the time. When we call the phones, we can’t hear a ring tone on the caller end, it does not go through to the receiver, and goes to voice mail if you stay on long enough. It happens more often than not, but there does not to seem to be any pattern.
https://www1.kiwoom.com/h/main This is what I majorly try to access to manage my investment. Yes, this is an out-of-state stock company’s site. But only on t-mobile network, it’s not accessible. Anyone has a solution to communicate or resolve this problem?
So I just got this phone, and the 5G im trying to measure how good it actually is. I didn’t really see much of anything just around 16-40 MBPS download. To make matters worse, I’m very confused to see the upload speed is 1mbps and lower. I think something must be wrong, as I’ve never had that on any other service/phone, and when i use wifi i dont have that issue at all with this new phone. You can see below, and I tried multiple times consistently at 1mbps and lower for the upload speed.
Cell service is terrible. Can only hear about ½ of others at most. Lots of fun when trying to hear what is going on with loved one’s cancer plan. I can’t figure out what the issue is. Our internet was down today also, thank to Comcast. I rebooted phone, turned off BT, WiFi calling, nothing helps. What’s the problem, T-Mobile?
My wife and I moved over from Verizon 2 months back after a recommendation from my friend. He has been using T-Mobile and was getting faster speeds than my WiFi at home. Anyway speed test will show me and my wife getting great download speeds, 25 mbps + down, to the usual less than 1.0 mbps down. I have reset my APN, I have put a manual APN, and I have wiped my phone factory settings in an attempt to fix this issue. Nothing has worked consistently. Anyway the specifics:Phones:Mine: Note 8Wife: S9Zipcode 83201Looking for an answer. I'm stuck on a 2 year contract with subpar speeds and want to see what can be done.
I recently switched from Metro PCS with an older iphone to TMobile and a new Samsung S20. I bought the top tier data plan thinking I would be stepping up in quality and service. Turns out I was getting better data transfer and more consistent service with a plan that cost half as much and a crappier phone. I am very disappointed.
I received hot spot on Monday of this week. I was getting 36MB down and 8 MB up. A day later I was getting .6up and .9 up. Tried to call a few times the last few days but told 2 hour waits. Left number and they called me back in 2 hours+ today. After being told I used my 5GB data allotment and being told they are working on the system I asked to cancel. I was being upsold to a 75/month or 90 a month plan. I have now been with them for 48 minutes and 53 seconds and finally am being told my account is being cancelled. I asked for my account to be cancelled 6 times and each time put on hold and they tried to sell me another plan.
