Issues With Phone # Port From Over 2 Weeks Ago?

So on 11-20 I ported my sisters # ending in 9311 from Cricket to my tmo family plan line ending 5818 & it was supposed to port over that line replacing it. It is now over 2 weeks & texts are only working on 5818 # & only sometimes 9311 #. Calls work fine on 9311 #  & not on 5818 so its definitely SMS & MMS related. I am kinda looking like a fool now because some of her friends tell her texts are coming from 5818 & 9311. My sister needs her phone service to work & I just don't understand how it can't be figured out on tmo end? I know dual service is acceptable within the first 24 hours maybe even up to two days but over two weeks something is going on and needs to be fixed today. I reassured her how good T-Mobile service is and I'm sure she's having doubts now. I even asked technical support to do a rebroadcast of the # to reset it on all networks. It didn't seem to fix anything or they didn't do it right? Hopefully this can be resolved quickly. Thanks & have a wonderful day. 🙂✝️🛐❤️🇺🇲
