I am interested to hear if anyone with a Moto Razr 5G on T-Mobile has had success network unlocking their device via the Device Unlock App.? If you have been successful I would like to know if you completed the unlock prior to or after the Android 11 update. I am also interested if anyone has had success with the temporary unlock feature of the app. Thanks.

I have been trying for months . Chat with a dozen agents including tech support. Today the agent even did a remote access but still no resolution.☹️

Nothing worked even the temp unlock
Yes after update to android 11 I was able to unlock phone. To accomplish this I had to do a factory reset of the phone while it was on 11. Once reconfigured it came back fully unlocked. Nothing else worked earlier. Hope that helps.
