My T-mobile Sonic 4G LTE keeps popping off after just a half hour of connection time.  Is this life as usual with this device?  If yes, can it be fixed?  The way I am dealing with it is to open the device, pop the battery.  Wait 10 seconds.  Put the battery back in, close the case, and start the device up.  It is then good for another 20 minutes, or so.  I guess I should also add that to get three bars of signal, I have to put the device up high, where it is warm.

A second problem is that the battery craps out and has to be recharged before it is half down, though I have never seen it just before it shuts off.  Can the battery be drained and revived?

Greetings!

Definitely not the norm! 😊

Has this been a problem since you started using the device? Do you have a phone in the area and do you experience the same? Trying to gauge if it's the SIM, the device, or the area! 😊
