Downloaded the app, followed the instructions perfectly, have done everything the customer service rep said and it still won’t install the test service on my e-sim. I get to the “stand by whike we set up blah blah. This may take a while” then app closes and goes to my Home Screen.
any ideas? Phone is an unlocked iPhone Xr on iOS 15
