New Phone Only Connects to H+

Hi, I recently changed phones and I have only been able to connect to H+ data. The new phone is a Nord N10 5G and it was purchased unlocked from the Oneplus store. When we switched, we simply took the sim card from the old phone and inserted to the new phone. We’ve tried all the troubleshooting tips from the webpage but have been unable to fix the issue (restarting, turning on/off airplane and data, resetting APN to default, etc). What could be causing the issue and how can we fix it?

what was the old phone that you removed the sim card from?

@syaoran Yes, we’ve tried resetting to default and manually enter the APN settings.

not the most knowledgeable when it comes to Moto devices..but could there be a difference in SIM cards? if the Moto was a 4G device and not 5G then you’ll need a different SIM card anyways.

Which model of the Nord 10?  You may have a version that doesn't have US bands set up on 5g
