No chat function for service when you cannot place phone calls???

Seriously, there is no help or support chat function? Neither of our phones can call out so we know it is a T-Mobile problem. I have to go borrow my neighbors phone to get help? Very annoyed. Is there any other way to get help?

theres always contacting them through one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter.

I do not work for Tmobile and my suggestions and or opinions are my own**.~~~~ The site here is primarily peer to peer with some TMO moderation to keep the site in order..They do not have account access..The prefered method would be to contact TMO through either calling in (tier 1 support) or by contacting them through either Facebook/Twitter (tier 2 support)**~~~~
