I'm using T-Mobile in Netherlands. Recently, I went to Germany and the phone stopped working showing "no service". I've tried all the solutions from the troubleshooting: off and on, reset settings, manual operator selection etc. I even tried to put the sim into another phone. Result is always the same: no service, I cannot call and use data.
Did anybody have such an issue? It looks like the sim is blocked for some reason.
