No service at home

I was told told they were working on the tower near my home… when I asked when did the problem happen - they said early June.  We’re now at the end of SEPTEMBER and I still have little or no service at my home.  Four months.  Can’t make or receive calls or text messages.  They haven’t offered a discount or refund on our FIVE lines of service.  I’ve been with T-Mobile since they BECAME T-Mobile.  This is getting ridiculous.
