FOR THE PAST TWO OR SO WEEKS, I HAVE HAD TERRIBLE SERVICE. IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO ON MY END TO RESOLVE THIS OR IS IT SOMETHING THAT NEEDS TO BE UPDATED ON TMOBILES END? IVE ALWAYS HAD GREAT SERVICE.

you will more than likely need to either call in to TMO or contact them through either Facebook or Twitter...the later two options land you with higher tier support for what its worth…

 

 

does the problem follow you no matter where  you go or does it improve once you leave the area by say 5+ miles?
