Could T-Mobile please extend its LTE coverage to all areas of Durango, Colorado?
Durango seems to be covered by three or four sites, one of which appears to be on top of Smelter Mountain. It would probably help if you were to name some places where the signal is weak.
I note that AT&T and Verizon have some weak service areas around Durango, so this may be a systemic problem.
I would say farther out from the downtown area, Florida Rd and on, where there are a lot of ranches. I don't get service at camp, but it would be nice to have some. It is Florida Rd, Durango, Colorado. Thanks!
Before or beyond the junction with Rte. 250? Should be good before 250.
Beyond as in further past junction with Rte.250 (past the fire station...)
Not exactly sure where you mean but if you get much past Ball Ln, you're not in Durango any more. From what I see, even Verizon and AT&T struggle going up Florida Rd, which indicates to me that there's an issue getting approval to build a tower.
However, there are a couple courses of action I'd suggest:
1. Call T-Mobile and ask to file a service request.
2. Tweet @NevilleRay with your issue.
These days, it's just us chipmunks here on the forum.
