Samsung A71 G

Can I get confirmation that the a71 5g issues is a samsung error? I spoke with a tech that advised me of that but I can’t find any mention of it on samsung. Also she said she would call with an update Monday and I did not hear anything, so not really sure if I can count on her as a reliable source. If so when is going to be resolved? I have been a customer for 18 years and it seems ridiculous that I paid for a  5g phone and the 5g cannot be used.

Did you get a fix for this?

What issues are you having? I had major issues with an iPhone x and recently switched to the a71 5g. I get very inconsistent data connection. It can be from awesomely fast, then drop to a slow crawl or just loose connection altogether. It happens a lot, like many times per day
