I never receive text messages from companies when I try to re-set a password. I am also never able to sent text to a short number (200-00) I receive the message service access denied. I am on the unlimited plan and this just started recently. I have had my account since August.

Hey @rshafler‌!  Sorry you're missing out on messages from short codes!  If you used to get them and they just recently stopped, it sounds like they may be blocked in error.  So that we can review your account and make sure they're enabled properly going forward, you'll actually want to Community-2153 and work with a team that has account access.  Please let us know how it goes!

Their is nothing to review they can disable the short block they just choose not to because they want you to purchase more crap/ its in billing and they enable this so we wont have access to google usps fedex cant verify accounts because of their blocking premium services on their end and they want you to purchase another phone and a diff plan they only care about you calling so you can spend more money, tmobile is the only ones that pulls this BS

Same issue here. Can you assist w message saying service access denied? Thanks

if its not already on your line then you’ll want to call in and have them add short code to your line..employees, mods or admins that post in here do not have access to your accounts.
