I’m on a plan with my in-laws who are 55+. When first got the plan, everything worked great!  Now in 2020, we barely have one bar and done many reset as requested but the service is getting worst.  What is going on with T-mobile in Palm Bay, FL?

Switched to T-Mobile 10 days ago and have contacted support a few times, ….

 

It would be better for you to start a new thread than posting your problem as a reply to another thread. Did you get new phones or are you using phones you brought from your previous carrier or provided yourself? Did you trade in your old phones or do you still have them?

Switched to T-Mobile 10 days ago and have contacted support a few times, and they make excuses. There's No Service inside, outside, and almost a mile away still no service. I can’t be head when I make calls the phone call drops I’m starting to think it was a mistake to switch all my family over.  And we have the iPhone 11 Pro maxes so it’s not the phones and it’s not only one line all four lines have issues.
