Awful service/coverage in Chicago for a week now. Cant stream , calls don't go out, takes a long time to load anything. Still get charged full price and don't get to use what I'm paying for. I would understand if it was just a lack of coverage in my area, but didn't have an issue before the reported issues a few days back. Do we get compensation for not being able to use our devices?? Of course not
